We are excited to welcome back Chef Rashaunda Grant to the Table since she contributed to our relaunch dinner, The Community Table, at the 2024 Charleston Wine & Food Festival this past March.

Chef Rashaunda Grant

We first met chef Rashaunda Grant when she was recommended to Transformation Table to be one of our chefs for our Community Table Dinner at the Charleston Wine & Food Festival in March 2023. She created the most sumptuous, interesting dessert that showed us her heart. We are happy to finally have her cooking for one of our home-based dinners.

Chef Rashaunda is a Charleston native who pours her love of community, culture, and food into The Carolina Cookery.  Combining classical techniques with traditional Gullah-Geechee recipes and foodways, Rashaunda seeks to educate, entertain and delight the masses with a style she describes as “Southern Soul Re-imagined.” Rashaunda currently offers her services as a private chef and caterer as well as hosting private hands-on cooking classes.
