Chef Deljuan Murphy’s Southern Cuisine is infused with a global lens. An Army brat, Deljuan grew up all over the world and learned to appreciate international cuisine. His grandfather was a pit master and taught Deljuan to appreciate the love of local. Chef Deljuan is a private chef and owner of Delicious Carolina LLC. A fun tidbit about Deljuan: he’s been a finalist on the Food Network’s show Chopped!

 Chef Deljuan isn’t new to Transformation Table. He hosted a dinner honoring his grandma Shorty Rose, just before COVID-19 closed us down.

Payment Policy

Transformation Table is committed to ensuring that our gatherings represent the diverse voices of our community. We understand that everyone's financial situation is different, and our goal is to make our dinners accessible to all. To achieve this, we invite you to pay whatever you can afford. While we strive to maintain the high quality of our dinner experiences and support our local chefs and businesses, we suggest a ticket price of $100.

Payments above $100 are sincerely appreciated and will help us offset costs of the dinners to allow us to bring anyone to the table who wishes to attend.

Due to the size of our Tables, if you are unable to attend a dinner that you have already paid for, please feel free to give your seat to another community member, family, or friend. No refunds.
