HANDS ON! A TRADITIONAL ETHIOPIAN DINNER

Our first home-based dinner since our relaunch and a family affair! Host Terry Wilson first attended a Transformation Table a whopping 5 years ago. She offered to host, and we were lucky that her Ethiopian son-in-law Glad, said yes when we asked if he’d be willing to cook for us. He said yes and created an authentic Ethiopian meal. Glad taught guests about injera, how to eat with their hands, and ended the evening with a very special traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony.

A special side note: Terry’s husband Walter was quite skeptical about having strangers in their home for dinner, but by the end of the evening, he was so moved by the experience that he wrote us the most beautiful letter we’ve ever received. It moved us.
