Community Table Dinner

CHARLESTON WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL, MARCH 5, 2023

This was a dinner of firsts: our first time partnering with Charleston Wine & Food Festival, our largest table of 100 guests, and our first time working with 6 chefs at once. It was the best way possible to relaunch Transformation Table post COVID-19. This dinner featured global chefs from across the globe with cocktails provided by our very own Cocktail Bandits.

  • Maria Alice The: Brazil

  • Reina Gascon- López: Puerto Rico

  • Fauzia Garner: Afghanistan

  • Rashaunda Grant: Lowcountry South Carolina

With a mix of locals and out of towners in for the festival, guests dined on dishes that took them across the globe, paired with global wines and local beer. It was a reminder that no matter where are from, we are one global family.
