This was a special dinner for us. We celebrated Transformation Table’s 7th anniversary with friends new and old. Sam and LaTasha were one of our first hosts, and chef Reina Gascon-López of The Sofrito Project was our chef for the evening. A Puerto Rican raised in the South, Reina creates dishes that explores her multiracial, multicultural background. Guests left with a goodie box gifts filled with spices from Reina, Charleston Chewies and brownies provided by Daddy’s Girl Bakery. Onward and upwards!
