Another Transformation Table first!
Our July dinner will feature our youngest chef ever to cook for a Transformation Table. Gen Z chef, 22-year-old Reggie Miller (shout out to BJ Dennis for connecting us) started cooking at 14. His first job was at Bessinger’s BBQ, then Leon’s. Reggie’s honed his skills in different restaurants and supports the West Ashley High School Culinary Program. For the last 2 years, he’s been catering.
